Hotel Partner Commercial Terms

HotelsBidding offers flexible commercial models designed to give hotel partners greater control over pricing, distribution, and profitability. These terms outline the commercial framework for hotels that participate in the marketplace. Applicable commercial terms are provided during hotel onboarding or in the signed Partner Agreement.

A partner-friendly commercial model

HotelsBidding is designed to reduce unnecessary distribution costs while giving hotels greater control over pricing and profitability. Partners benefit from live negotiation, counter-offers, and a direct relationship with travelers — not only from a static listing fee model.

Unlike many traditional online travel agencies, HotelsBidding is built around pricing control and flexible commercial options rather than a one-size-fits-all public rate card.

How commercial participation works

Depending on the partnership agreement, hotels may participate through commission-based marketplace participation, subscription plans, hybrid arrangements, custom enterprise agreements, white-label or chain programs, destination partnerships, or promotional partnership programs.

Commercial terms may vary depending on partnership type, property profile, country, distribution program, or individually negotiated agreements.

Applicable commercial terms are provided during hotel onboarding or in the signed Partner Agreement.

When platform fees apply

Platform commercial terms apply to successful bookings that originate from HotelsBidding bids or marketplace checkout. No marketplace fee is due merely for receiving a bid that is rejected or expires without a booking.

Currency & settlement

Guest-facing Pricing Currency and hotel Settlement / Payout Currency may differ. Amounts are calculated on the booking settlement recorded by the platform. HotelsBidding may collect traveler payment as merchant of record before remitting the hotel net amount under the applicable Partner Agreement.

Refunds & disputes

If a booking is refunded under platform rules, related platform and hotel payable amounts are adjusted through the finance ledger. Chargebacks and disputes may place payouts on hold until resolved.

Changes

HotelsBidding may update these commercial terms. Material changes will be communicated to active hotel partners. Continued participation after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. For complete details, refer to your Hotel Partner Agreement or contact the HotelsBidding Partnership Team.
